[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”493″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” el_id=”foto-flaschenreihung”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Wine has a long tradition in the Preisinger family \u2013 Georg Preisinger VI is the 6th<\/sup> generation to run the winery. \u00a0He cultivates 10 hectares around Gols, planted evenly with white and red vines.\u00a0 The winemaker puts a great emphasis on conserving resources and the environment, and since the 2023 vintage, all wines have been certified in organic quality. The style of the wines ranges from classic wines to the extraordinary series of AGNIHOTRA wines, whose creation is based on a 3,000-year-old ritual.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle” el_id=”link-elementareweine”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”191″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Elementary wines.<\/p>\n

One should see things for what they are. Our contribution to creating our wines is the smallest. The elements have the highest impact on the process, and we don\u2019t want to interfere with them although we sometimes channel their powers to ensure a beneficial process. We focus on the five-element-theory in which the four elements Earth, Water, Air and Fire are attributed by the fifth element, Metal.<\/p>\n

\nWe try to keep our water clean by sustainable management.<\/p>\n

\nTrace elements in our bodies. Helpful manmade tools to support technical processes. From the wine tank to the subtle minerals in our wines. The vines of our AGNIHOTRA wines are solely treated with Agnihotra ashes. Agnihotra is a Vedic fire ritual which is practiced at sunrise and sunset all over the world now. While reciting a mantra, special natural ingredients are burnt in a pyramid-shaped copper vessel. The energy in nature is completely balanced. According to the principle of resonance, the ritual creates a variety of cleansing and restorative energies. The ashes left after the ritual are used as a natural<\/p>\n

AGNIHOTRA was already described in Vedic writings, which archived the oldest knowledge of humanity. It is a ritual fire ceremony which relates to the law of resonance and \u2013 in a broader sense – to the order of contemporary quantum physics that defines time and space in a completely new way. Its effects are said to be harmonizing, regenerating, and energizing. It\u2019s not easy to comprehend how this is possible but everyone that can run over burning coal is still a mystery to scientists as well.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”1\/2″ el_class=”order-2″][vc_column_text css=””]When I heard about Agnihotra for the first time, I felt irritated due to my western upbringing. I had learnt different things. But the more I immersed myself in this new ancient world, the more curious I got.
\nFinally, I worked up all my courage and started to practice the ritual in the middle of my vineyards \u2013 every morning at sunrise and every evening when the sun set. Since then, I have left out things that still seem indispensable for many. Nature has taken its course which I haven\u2019t interfered with anymore. No man-made interventions but meditative orientation to an ancient ritual instead.<\/p>\n
