\nChardonnay isn\u2019t just a wine \u2013 it\u2019s a mood. Ours comes from the Heideboden and is aged in large oak barrels, where it can breathe and evolve. This allows the wine to stay longer on the lees, becoming rounder, silkier, and more age-worthy. Compared to Pinot Gris, it\u2019s a little more aromatic and lively, showing off juicy yellow fruit, a touch of nut, butter, and light minerality. In short: a Chardonnay that\u2019s polished yet playful \u2013 and pairs with almost anything.
\nFun fact: This very Chardonnay teams up with Welschriesling in our vintage sparkling wine \u2013 it plays well with others.<\/p>\n
