\nThis isn\u2019t just Pinot Gris \u2013 this is gold in a glass. Grown on the Goldberg vineyard, the reddish-grey grapes produce a delicate pink must. But after aging in large oak barrels, the wine turns a golden yellow with a subtle copper sheen.
\nIt\u2019s creamy, understated in aroma, yet confidently structured and incredibly food-friendly. Think ripe yellow pear, a touch of blossom honey, dried banana, soft herbs, and a hint of anise \u2013 complex, elegant, and balanced. On the palate: juicy, smooth, with fine acidity and just a whisper of fruit sweetness on the finish. A wine that doesn\u2019t overpower the plate \u2013 it elevates it.<\/p>\n
