🍷 Wine Description:
This cuvée doesn’t follow – it leads. Crafted from traditional Austrian grape varieties and sourced from Gols’ best vineyard sites, the GOLS Red Cuvée is complex, polished, and unmistakably expressive. On the nose: clear cherry, mixed berries, and a distinct cassis note, with delicate floral and herbal undertones and subtle minerality in the background. On the palate: juicy and structured, with silky tannins, roasted hints, a whisper of smokiness, and just a touch of savory spice. A wine with grip, length, and elegance – made for bold dishes and even bolder moments.
