NOW OR NEVER is our naturally fizzy rosé cuvée made from Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, and St. Laurent – spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and effortlessly cool. Delicate mousse, light old-rose color with orange reflections, and pure fruit explosion: Think preserved cherries, fresh strawberries, raspberries, cranberries – like a classy summer picnic. Add a hint of peach, floral notes, a whisper of fig and caramel. On the palate: juicy, playful, slightly sweet on the finish, with an elegant grip and addictive drinkability. In short: a Petnat for the moment – because sometimes, the answer is simply now.
