Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by mail or an email. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, though this is not required.

You may also complete and submit the withdrawal electronically using the online form. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal via email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
